KEPT A $160 DEPOSIT FOR A BUNK BED THEY NEVER DELIVERED:

Ordered a bunk bed and left a deposit for a supposedly stocked item. After multiple calls, I learned that there was no stock of the item. It's been four months of customer service he!! to get my money back. For months they said they had to research it. And now that's it's gotten seriously delinquent, the last statement was, "We don't give refunds - only store credit." When I said, then give me the bed. The answer was, "That bed has gone up in price." The warehouse manager that handled the orginal transaction left, and now I'm having to chase down managers and ask my bank for a charge back.
