Update: Great experience in the store a month later. The staff's knowledge was extraordinary: patient to understand my endless questions and thorough in response. My babies didn't hesitate to explore their new perch, seed, or diet within hours of exposure.
I can't wait to buy seed next month, because I'll have an excuse to say hello to the rescue birds! I'm so lucky to be within driving distance of this store!
